1. Carefully read the instruction manual when installing and using the air source heat pump

There are many buttons on the control panel of the host, some are to adjust the water temperature, some are timed, if the setting is wrong, it may affect the normal operation of the host. For example, if the timer key is pressed, the host may not start when it needs to work.
When setting, the user should not set the room temperature very high in pursuit of "heat", because the unit will work longer and consume more power when the temperature is high, and the operating cost may be doubled, so setting a suitable room temperature is suitable. The room ventilation should also try to choose to ventilate when the outdoor temperature is high during the day.
2. Do not power off frequently during the use of the air source heat pump unit
The heat pump unit cannot be powered off frequently. The reason is that the air source heat pump uses water as the intermediate medium for heat transfer. If the weather temperature is relatively low, once we turn off the air source heat pump when we go out, it may lead to the inside of the pipeline. The temperature of the large flow of water dropped sharply. If the temperature is too low, it may freeze the equipment and cause the equipment to malfunction.

3. When the host fails, first find the after-sales service
The air source heat pump unit will inevitably have faults during operation. At this time, users should not try to repair it by themselves and do not randomly disturb the unit to avoid secondary failure of the heat pump unit. The correct way should be to contact the manufacturer after-sales for repair first, tell the other party the fault code on the control panel, and then the after-sales personnel will identify the problem according to the fault code.
If the problem is relatively simple, such as water flow failure, you can communicate and solve it in the telephone repair; if the problem is more complex, you can ask the after-sales personnel to come to the door to solve the problem in time.
4. Clean up the defrosting water in time
The air source heat pump has a lot of cold and heat changes during heating, so in the process of heating, there will undoubtedly be a large amount of defrost water discharged. Everyone knows that water flows to low places if there is slight negligence in the discharge of defrost water. Then the defrost water is discharged through the pipe and will flow to the ground.
If the temperature is lower than zero, the defrosting water is easy to freeze into ice, which may freeze the drainpipe, and then climb up along the drainpipe, which will cause the equipment to fail to operate normally. Therefore, the position of the defrosting water pipeline should be reasonably designed, and the defrosting water should also be cleaned from time to time.
5. Do not accumulate debris around the host
Air source heat pump heating is to absorb the heat in the air, and then vaporize it in the evaporator, compress it into a high-pressure gas through the compressor, and then enter the condenser to liquefy, and transfer the absorbed heat to the heated water. Heat and output the heated water directly to a predetermined temperature. If there is debris piled around the host and the distance is relatively close, it will definitely affect the heat exchange effect.
In general, keep at least 80 cm distance around the host. If the ventilation of the installation position is not good, it will affect the heating effect of the machine, so pay attention to cleaning; this is because the fan of the main unit blows cold air. It will cause insufficient heat in the air and affect the heat exchange effect.
Therefore, it is recommended that there should be no obstructions within 2 meters of the front of the fan. If it is too close, it may send the cold air back to the host.
