2.Before starting up and every month during operation, check whether the power supply and electrical system terminals of the unit are firm and whether the electronic components are abnormal.

3.Check whether the water supplement, water tank, and exhaust device of the water system are normal every week, so as not to affect the heating capacity of the unit and the reliability of operation.

4.Check the seals of pipeline joints and valve assembly interfaces for leakage every day.

Because a large amount of water flows through its surface, impurities in the water are easy to adhere to the surface, forming a layer of heat insulation film, which affects the heat exchange effect. Especially water with high hardness is prone to scale formation under the action of high temperature. Scale not only affects heat transfer, reduces heat exchange efficiency, but also easily blocks water flow channels and damages equipment. Therefore, the condenser must be cleaned with drugs.

Install a valve and a cleaning pump on the circulating water pipeline to form a closed circulation loop with the unit's inlet and return water. Add a liquid tank to the suction line of the cleaning pump, add 1:20 citric acid liquid to the tank, and soak 10 -20 minutes, then start the cleaning pump, clean for 20 minutes, then rinse with clean water, and rinse the liquid.
